    Catholic Relief Services, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops' Committee on Migration, Catholic Charities USA and others have asked Homeland Security for an 18-month extension of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Honduras and El Salvador. Read the press release here.
    Justice for Immigrants has a live action alert requesting a TPS extension for El Salvador, Honduras, and Haiti. The online alert is available at http://bit.ly/2lrO91D.
    Exploring Migration: A Faith Journey

    Migration is a complex issue that is reshaping the cultural, economic and political landscape of the planet. This new module offers the opportunity for prayer, reading and reflection as well as discussion and discovery related to this critical and controversial issue of our day.
    This eight session module from JustFaith Ministries provides participants a chance to find common ground and to discover more about themselves, their values, our God, and the millions of people who are on the move in every part of the world.
    Your Missions Office will cover the cost of registration and videos for the first ten parish groups to register!

    The Catholic Social Ministry Gathering (CSMG),sponsored by the Justice, Peace and Human Development department of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), and by many other organizations, is scheduled for February 3-6, 2018, in Washington, DC. The theme for the gathering is "Building Community: A Call to the Common Good."
