• CRS Parish Ambassadors Corps (PAC) - April 21

Would you like to increase global solidarity in your school and increase collaboration between your parish and school communities? Consider the CRS Parish Ambassador Corps (PAC)! This is an invitation for school parents so we ask that you consider including this invitation in your next parent communication!

    Saturday, April 21 2 - 5 PM
The Chancery - Issac Orr Conference Room
910 Marion St Seattle, WA 98104

PAC is a corps of local Catholic volunteers who are passionate about global solidarity and want to take action. Catholic Relief Services (CRS) ambassadors receive formation on the spiritual roots of our call to care for those in need. Ambassadors are part of a nationwide CRS Ambassador community, sharing encouragement, prayer and resources. Read the recent feature in Northwest Catholic about our local PAC volunteers.

Perhaps you know a parent with an interest in global solidarity. Maybe you know an active parishioner with ties to the school who might be interested in learning more about this opportunity. Tell them about the CRS Parish Ambassador "Come and See" event on Saturday, April 21 sponsored by the Missions Office. Registration information can be found here: http://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/event?oeidk=a07ef5ktxip0719a07d&llr=8o7hpqmab

“The CRS Ambassador from our parish has been wonderful in helping me find some new & informative yet fun activities for my 8th grade religion class. Bringing a face to Catholic Social Teaching is so important with our youth. I used to only use CRS resources during Lent with the rice bowl activities, but now I see there is so much more to utilize with CRS. Thank you for helping enliven my religion teaching!”
